A Covered Purchase is the tangible item of property purchased as a gift or personal or business use and charged to an Eligible Card.
You can file your claim online or by giving us a call at 1-800-228-6855; if international, call collect at 1-303-273-6498. You will be asked certain questions about your claim at that time. The Notice of Claim should be provided within thirty (30) days of the loss or as soon as reasonably possible. You may need to provide the original store receipt. If the item was stolen, you may need to show us a copy of the police report, or if the item was damaged, you may need to send in a completed repair estimate form to complete the claim – so don’t throw it out.
