Save up to $100 in per month off your medical premiums!

If you participate in any company-provided medical plan, you will have the opportunity to lower your 2024 base monthly premium by up to $100 per month by completing the requirements for one or both of the following two discounts:

TOBACCO FREE

Non-tobacco users or those who have completed a tobacco cessation program within the last three months will receive a monthly $50 tobacco discount off their medical premium.

WELLNESS DISCOUNT

Earn a $50 monthly discount on your 2024 medical premiums by completing both the biometric screening (labs) and online health survey on the Deaconess Wellness portal by December 22, 2023.

This quick and simple screening can help assess your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Illnesses and health conditions like these can often be prevented with early detection, which is why knowing your numbers is so important.

Highlights for 2024

Medical coverage:

• Earn up to $100 off your monthly medical premiums with Wellness discounts.
• The single deductible for the previous HDHP 3000 is increasing to $3,200 to comply with IRS regulations.
• New for 2024 - Regenexx® - A medical specialty that uses non-surgical regenerative medicine to treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions such as damaged bone, cartilage, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Available to participants who are enrolled in the ONB medical coverage.
• Old National is partnering with AmeriBen on a dialysis-coverage program to help you navigate dialysis treatment, including enrolling in Medicare, understanding costs and coverage, and ending coverage if you no longer need dialysis.
• PaydHealth - Participants covered by ONB medical and being treated with a brand-name medication for rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, multiple sclerosis, or other conditions typically treated by a specialist may be contacted by the PaydHealth Specialty Contact Center to identify possible external funding solutions that may help you reduce your out-of-pocket costs. All products included in the program require prior authorization and engagement with program advocacy specialists.
